About the Author – Dewana Jones
With over two decades of experience in ministry since 2000, Dewana continues to impact lives through leadership, mentorship, and community outreach. She serves on the board of Outside The Walls, a nonprofit organization committed to restoration and hope beyond church walls.
Dewana Jones is a dedicated servant, leader, and author whose life and ministry are deeply rooted in faith, resilience, and purpose. She serves as Co-Pastor of Breaking the Walls Ministry in Clarksville, Tennessee, alongside her husband, Pastor Deremus Jones. Dewana is also the visionary founder of Women of Purpose Ministry, where she empowers women to embrace their calling and walk boldly in their God-given purpose.
Beyond her ministry roles, Dewana is a proud mother of six and grandmother of seven. Her journey has been one of triumph over trauma—a testimony of how faith can transform pain into purpose.
Dewana’s story is not one of caution, but of courage. It is her hope that through her words, others who have experienced hardship will find inspiration to believe again—that there is light beyond the darkness, and that true freedom and lasting happiness are possible through faith in the Most High.
